Build
Every quarter you're dealt three floors. Businesses earn, holding companies add height, and every floor carries the ones above it. Strong floors low, hollow ones high.

Borrow
Loans add a floor and cash now, then bill you for eight quarters. Guarantees tie two floors together: both stand stronger, until one fails and the other takes the hit.

Fall
New investors pay the old ones. Stop growing and they withdraw. When a floor fails, the floors above come down with it. It always falls.
